Imagine moving through your daily routines with less effort. That’s what functional fitness can do for you, and that’s what this challenge is all about.

All types of exercise are great for the body and mind but there are some exercises that go the extra distance – moves that emphasise multiple muscle groups, full-body coordination, and mobility, and that may reduce the risk of injuries. This is exactly what Transform 30 is all about. We use strength training to improve balance, decrease body fat % and boost the production of the all-important hormones that keep us looking and feeling young.

Pushed for time?

Transform 30 only requires you to commit to 30 minutes of exercise per day, 3 functional strength sessions and 3 cardio sessions.

Our Signature ‘Eat More Weigh Less’ Nutrition Program is included in this challenge.
