I am 55 years old and a Kiwi born Niuean! My parents came here because my older brother was sick & never left. They have both passed. I have 3 older brothers & a younger sister.

I have 4 kids- Ages 33, 28, 23 and, 20. Raegan, Kiaya, Firenze & Arwyn. The 2 youngest are still at home, one working and the other at university. The older 2 have 2 degrees respectively & are working in their respective chosen careers.

They all danced for many years (20+ to be exact.) Hubby Mark has been a chef for 40+ years. We have been married 27 years this year & together 36 years... I know for a long time. Our 2 fur babies Frenchie & Rizzo are rescue cats. I have been with Results Fitness for approximately 7 years.

I joined Results Fitness at 49 with my 16-year-old daughter who wanted to lose weight & I stayed. I changed dramatically! I started as a member in which I lost 60+kgs. This motivated me to become a PT!

Going back to study at 52 was an interesting challenge as the majority of the class was my children’s age hehe. Now I give back to other PHENOMENAL women who step out of their COMFORT ZONE & walk through our open door.

I was previously at Countdown for 14 years as an Office Manager. It was a job that I was literally dreading getting up for 5/6 days per week & had lost ME even more. My days consisted of the DAILY GRIND....get up, work, home, kids to dancing, home, dinner & bed.

Something I am proud of is raising 4 AMAZING kids that continually support each through thick & thin. They are my LIFE! ❤️

With the PHENOMENAL coaching & continued support from Ursh & Sam I have overcome so many emotional barriers that I put up when I was younger & completely shut out for years. These barriers stopped me from doing so many things & my family never knew as I completely just shut off.

RESULTS is not a gym...it is FAMILY/WHANAU. A place of no judgement when you walk in. You gain not just friends but FAMILY.

I started EVENTS at 49... You're never too old to try new things😃 & only your mindset can hold you back... This became a reality in November 2019 when I completed a Quarter Iron Māori - 1km 🏊‍♀️ 45km🚴‍♀️ 10.5km🏃‍♀️. 8 months after a serious car accident in February.

Set your mind on whatever you want to achieve & take that FIRST step towards it. 😃
